Please note shipping timelines shown at checkout begin once your order has been fulfilled and leave our facility. Carrier timelines do does not include order processing time and packing prior to shipping.
Please allow up to 1-2 weeks for the complete processing and shipping of your item(s), depending on the shipping method you select.
We do not guarantee any carriers delivery times.
We offer ground shipping to the contiguous United States, we cannot deliver to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or outside of the US. Standard Ground shipping charges will apply to most orders. If available on our site at time of checkout, you may select expedited shipping, for an additional fee.
Most of our items ship standard Ground and will not require a signature, these may be left at your door by the carrier as they see fit. Tracking information for each order is emailed once the item has shipped from ours or the manufactures facility. However Special, Expedited, or Freight orders may require an adult to accept delivery and require a signature, the tracking information for these types of deliveries also may be delayed.
Some items in your order may need to ship separately, some via Freight truck. In this case you may be contacted by the carrier to schedule delivery of certain items, in some cases they may not contact you prior to the first attempt. If they do contact you, you will need to make arrangements to meet the shipper and in some cases you may be required to offload the products yourself.
It is your responsibility to inspect all items immediately and notate any damages or problems with the driver. If no one was available to accept the delivery, you must contact the carrier to report the issue immediately. You have 1 business day from the date of delivery to report any issues to the carrier if you did not report it to the driver, and 2 business days from the date of delivery to then report the issue to us. Upon notification we will start a claim to get your items replaced. Every claim is unique and not every claim is honored. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items after delivery was made, nor are we responsible for any damage to items that is not reported within the time allotted.
Shipping charges are non-refundable for any reason.
If you place an order and we or the shipper are unable to reach you for scheduling of delivery, we may simply attempt to deliver the items to the address on file. If no one is available to accept delivery the driver may opt to leave the package at their discretion - If the items is successfully delivered, your ordered will be considered fulfilled. If the item is non-deliverable and returned to us you will be required to pay a new delivery fee prior to re-delivery. If we are otherwise still unable to contact purchaser after 30 days from date of order we will consider the items abandoned. Abandoned items and all associated payments will be considered forfeited and become property of HTAV Pros, LLC.
