Coronavirus / Supply Chain Notice

With the ongoing outbreak of Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) and the recent Chinese New Year celebrations that have created delays in manufacturing, this has affected global product supply. Component manufacturing in China is starting to very slowly recover, but we are currently experiencing supply chain constraints as stock levels in local warehouses decreases without resupply.

We want to let you know this could impact your orders, no matter whom you order from, not just us. We are being advised that current stock of items is becoming very depleted.

It is advised that if you are considering purchasing products from us for delivery over the next 60-90 days you should consider placing orders now, to either get the items that are in stock still, or even just to get your name first on the backorder lists.

Again this is not affecting all brands or models of equipment, nor does it mean delays will be long, rather this is a constantly changing situation and we will likely be unable to give you exact time frames at any point as to the status of availability.

If you have recently completed an order for items we will reach out to you if there is a delay with any items on your order. If however, you received only a quote from us you would need to contact us for more information about potential delays for your specific order, do not assume the items are still available for immediate delivery.

Due to the constantly changing status of items, our systems will not be updating stock availability status automatically, items are assumed available even if a delay is likely. If placing an order we will assume you understand that a delay could occur at any point, and thus we are not currently offering any special refund terms related to this situation.
