DESIGN - INSTALL - SUPPORT
We will take a review of the space, some measurements, and have a series of questions for you. All this will allow our Pros to narrow down what system options will best suit your space, and your needs.Our Pros will then go to work to create a custom system design specifically for you, then you simply receive your estimate via email, it couldn't be easier!
If your project allows for access to the inside of the walls, then we will recommend a Pre-Wire phase.
This critical step allows our Pros to install all of the required wiring before the wall are enclosed. We also have to coordinate with other trades to ensure things like electrical, ventilation, cabinetry, etc... are all being installed in the best locations for your entertainment space. We can advise you or your contractors in getting this scheduled at the right time for your specific project.
Once every other aspect of your room is complete, our Pros will begin the final Installation phase.The final phase includes installing items like your displays, speakers, remote controls, and programming it all.Once everything is installed, programmed, and tested one of our Pros will give you an overview of the systems installed. They will give you tips on how to care for your systems, perform updates, and how to use your system.
We understand it can take a little time to get used to your new systems, so we include a free 'call-back' time period with each installation.Of course all of our installation labor is also covered, we guarantee all of our workmanship against defects. Should a screw come loose we'll fix it right away.And we can support your other systems throughout your home too!
