Orders may be place by calling or office at 302-514-7460 during regular business hours.

You can view most of our products in our online Products catalog, however due to manufacturer restrictions, we can only accept orders for new equipment via phone at this time.

You can purchase from our Clearance Shop online 24/7 - Online orders are generally processed in 1-5 business days.


Payment is due in full at time or ordering. Product orders will not be processed until we have payment in full, no exceptions.We currently accept credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Amex) and E-Check for orders placed by phone. Local clients may also pay in person or via mail using traditional check.

All credit cards are held securely on-file in your digital account for quick and easy payment of any future orders or services your request.

  • We do not accept or offer P.O. or C.O.D. type orders.
  • We do not offer 'Terms' or 'time-to-pay' for product purchases.
  • We reserve the right to refuse to accept payment, or void a payment, if we feel the payment is fraudulent.

Payment for any services is due immediately at time of completion upon request.In the event no one is available to make payment on-site at time of completion, any form of payment already authorized on-file may be charged for the balance due without additional notification.If no valid form of payment is available to cover balance due, or if you are a Business Client with Payment Terms, we will send an invoice to the email on file.

Any Invoices must be paid by the due date listed on the invoice, otherwise penalty fees of 1.5% per month on outstanding balances will be added.Unpaid balances may be sent for collections 60 days past from original service, client is responsible for any additional collection service charges and fees.

We reserve the right to remotely disable systems functions* and refuse to service systems until unpaid balances are received in full.

*Disabling of monitoring services or remote monitoring system functions may result in undesired operation of systems.

Delivery Options

We offer ground shipping to the contiguous United States, we cannot deliver to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or outside of the US.Ground shipping is included for Free with most items, otherwise standard Ground shipping charges will apply. 

  • Most items ship the 24 hours or less after your order has been processed.
  • You may request expedited delivery for most orders, additional fees will apply. 
  • If you are located in our Local Service Area your order may be delivered by our Pros directly.
  • Online orders will ship once the order has been processed, processing may take 1-5 business Days.
  • Pre-Orders, Back-Orders, & Special-Orders will ship once they are available.

*Items shipped Freight may require additional handling time.

Delivery PolicIES

Most of our items ship standard Ground and will not require a signature, these may be left at your door by the carrier as they see fit. Tracking information for each order is emailed once the item has shipped from ours or the manufactures facility.

Special, Expedited, or Freight orders may require an adult to accept delivery and require a signature.

Some items in your order may need to ship separately, some via Freight truck. In this case you may be contacted by the carrier to schedule delivery of certain items, in some cases they may not contact you prior to the first attempt. If they do contact you, you will need to make arrangements to meet the shipper and in some cases you may be required to offload the products yourself.

It is your responsibility to inspect all items immediately and report issue to the carrier within 48 hours. We are not responsible if you find damages after the eligible claim time has expired.

If you place an order and we or the shipper are unable to reach you for scheduling of delivery, we may simply attempt to deliver the items to the address on file. If no one is available to accept delivery the driver may opt to leave the package at their discretion - If the items is successfully delivered, your ordered will be considered fulfilled. If the item is non-deliverable, returned to us, or we are otherwise still unable to contact purchaser after 30 days from date of order, we will consider the items abandoned.

Abandoned items and all associated payments will be considered forfeited and become property of HTAV Pros, LLC.

Price MatchING

Pricing match is available for new orders, for qualifying authorized competitor on identical products, simply have the following information available when you contact us -

If you find a lower price from a designated online retailer: submit the Web page URL showing item details and discount.

If you find a lower price from a local retailer: submit the advertisement or written estimate from the retailer that details the item and discount.

At the time of purchase, we will match the current pre-tax price for new, current, identical, immediately available products from a local retail competitor's store. or shipped from and sold by designated major online retailers: Amazon.com, Bhphotovideo.com, Crutchfield.com, Frys.com, hhgregg.com, HomeDepot.com, Lowes.com, Newegg.com, OfficeMax.com, Sears.com, Staples.com, Target.com, TigerDirect.com, Walmart.com, BestBuy.com. The offer is limited to one price match per identical item, per guest and does not apply to: the online prices of retailers not listed, the online prices of products shipped from or sold by third party vendors (Marketplace vendors) on designated major online retailers websites, post purchase price match requests to competitor's prices, Best Buy for Business, offers that include financing, gift card offers, bundling of items, free items, pricing errors, mail-in offers, coupon offers, competitors' service prices, items that are advertised as limited-quantity, out of stock, open-box, clearance, refurbished/used items, our and our competitor's daily deals, special hour sale event items and credit card offers, Marketplace items, and items for sale Thanksgiving Day through 11:59 p.m. on the Monday after Thanksgiving. HTAV PROS reserves the right to refuse to Price Match if the supporting documentation of the item or sale are not clear, can not be confirmed, or for any other reason that we deem not acceptable.

And are not responsible for any loss of promotional items, discounts, or rebates owed to purchaser for any reason, including but not limited to failure of purchaser to timely submit required paperwork, or delays in initial delivery of item to purchaser.

Manufactures may offer special promotions, such as mail-in rebates for discounts or free items, it is solely your responsibility to submit information properly according to the manufacturers promotional terms. HTAV Pros can not be held liable for any issues arising from participation in such promotions or any loss of promotional benefits for any reason, including loss due to delivery delays on our part.
