Warranty & Repair

Your Purchase is agreement to this policy


All items include a full manufactures warranty, unless otherwise specified at time of sale. HTAV Pros does not warranty products, nor do we offer warranty repair services for any products. All warranty coverage is between you and the warranty company or manufacturer of the product, as outlined in your products warranty card. Your product warranty is limited to covering or reimbursing you for what is specified on the warranty declaration included with the product. You are responsible for any and all fees associated with obtaining warranty or non-warranty service that are not expressly covered by your warranty.

To obtain product warranty repair or service, have a copy of your sales receipt handy, and follow the individual manufactures instructions included with the item or as found on the warranty companies, or manufactures website. 

Any services provided by HTAV Pros in relation to products under manufactures or 3rd party warranties at end-users request are considered billable, and are not covered by any manufacturers warranty. Your are liable for the charges incurred by us for any service visit we perform, regardless of any warranty you may have on the product. If you believe these services fees should be covered by your warranty, you will need to take that up with your warranty provider for reimbursement, but you are still liable for our service fees at time of service.

All Installation and Service work includes a guarantee that covers any issues that arise from a direct failure in our workmanship for a period of 60 days after installation or on-site support services are completed, per instance.

This coverage is void if for any reason the items in question have been serviced by or otherwise altered by anyone other than our staff in the covered time period. 

This coverage applies to installation and on-site support services only, it does not apply to phone support or products.
