Not at all! While the technology powering these systems is highly advanced, the user interfaces are designed to be intuitive and accessible for everyone. Once your system is installed, we provide a complete walkthrough so you know exactly how to fire it up and start playing.

Can the simulator space be used for other entertainment?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely! Because our systems utilize premium projectors or high-end displays, your simulator setup can easily double as an incredible home theater, a space to watch the big game, or even a presentation screen for commercial venues.

Question 3

Do Simulators only work with video projection systems?

Accepted Answer

If you are planning to use simulators that require hitting the screen with an object, then Yes it will need to be projection - as you need an impact screen. If however you were considering just a shooting simulator, then some can be used with a standard large flat screen TV's or our Video Walls.

Question 4

Will a Simulator work in ANY room?

Accepted Answer

This depends on the type of simulations you want to use, each type of sim has its own sensors, and each sensor has certain placement requirements.

Arcade and shooting sims are the most flexible, while golf simulators have the most strict requirements for room size and spacing, and are also directly affected by players height and swing type.

Each project will require a detailed review by our team to determine compatibility and options for your specific space.

Do you supply & install the whole system?

Accepted Answer

Yes! We can supply and install most all of the major components and accessories needed for the system to work, but there may be some work if your space is not install ready that may require other licensed professionals to be involved.

For example - We do not handle room buildout or modifications to utilities. So if your room needs modifications like framing, drywall, electric, painting or flooring installation - that will need to be handled separately. However, we will design for this to help ensure it is completed to our spec.

We will advise you of any services needed that we do not offer once we review your specific project. And we have trusted local builders and trade-partners we can recommend to you.

Are there any recurring costs with owning a simulator?

Accepted Answer

Depending on the options you select, some components and software will have annual or add-on subscription requirements.

Beyond that, you will just have normal equipment maintenance upkeep costs, much like a high-end home theater. Calibration and cleaning will be needed occasionally, and wear items like Turf and Impact Screens may need to replaced periodically. The exact cost is unknown as it is based on your specific usage and style of play.

How long does the installation process typically take?

Once your room is prepared and all the equipment has arrived, our typical installation takes between 2 to 4 days, depending on the complexity of the custom build or kiosk you selected.
